I will never forget meeting Asta and Joe for the first time at the Setai. Their dynamics at that meeting let me know that if I was chosen to plan their spectacular event, it would be an awesome ride full of personality……and that it was!
Asta had a vision and we worked with a great group of vendors to bring it to life. Lots of customization, details and most importantly to them, making sure their friends had an amazing time. It was a destination wedding for most and South Beach was the place to be. Guests arrived and received gift bags filled with the general goodies but we wanted to make sure everyone also had some “fun in the sun” – beach bags, coconut cups, coconut water, rum, sarongs for the ladies and straw fedoras for the gentlemen, custom shot glasses, sunscreen and more.
Vizcaya was the place to showcase the union of this duo. Breathtaking views for a breathtaking couple with no detail left untouched. A custom door made in Alabama (coincidentally where Asta grew up) to hold family pictures, cocktail napkins with sayings, custom props in the photo booth, “cigarette” girls and guys handing out everything from mints, to custom sunglasses and test tube shots.
There was no shortage of spectacular entertainment – Libido got everyone on the dance floor throughout the night and then DJ Blaze took over with the incredible electric violinist brought in from New York, Sarah Charness.
The images for this one speak for themselves. Thank you PS Photography!

Season is slowing down and I have so many amazing event pictures to share with you. I have a lot of catching up to do. To start, here are the amazing images from Yadi and Greg’s wedding at the Rusty Pelican. The first time I met Yadi was on a trip she had booked to Miami for a hair & makeup trial. I knew right then and there I was going to have a lot of fun working with her! She is amazing and through the process of planning I learned more about Greg too and found out he isn’t too shabby either. We had to wait on some last minute decisions so Greg could be involved…..he was busy volunteering in Ghana until the week before the wedding. Yadi and Greg are surely a power couple!
Heather Funk does it again with her beautiful artistry of capturing this awesome wedding. Sit back and enjoy the beauty of this couple and their wedding.

Michal hails from Michigan and Menachem from Chicago…..both living in NY now. With a January wedding planned and an epic winter already in full swing, a South Florida Miami Beach wedding was a huge welcome for all the guests! The wedding was planned in 10 weeks but no detail was left untouched. We put together a stellar team to make this day special for Michal, Menachem and their families. The traditional, Jewish Orthodox wedding started with the groom’s Tisch and the bride’s Kabbalat Panim with much excitement leading up to the Bedekin. It is always amazing to see the bride and groom’s faces the first time they see each other after seven days. The Eden Roc’s Spa Garden was a beautiful site for the ceremony followed by cocktail hour in the Palm Terrace. Guests were then invited upstairs for dinner and the reception. The music was high intensity and everyone had a blast celebrating the bride and groom. Thank you Emily Harris Photography for capturing all aspects of this beautiful couple and the incredible day!

This past Fall I had the chance to plan a wedding with an Italian Tuscan Harvest theme. The day was even captured by photographers that flew in from Italy, Mauro and Selene. Aubrey and Gregory had a vision and the wedding was absolutely gorgeous only second to the stunning bride. South Beach Makeup Studio had a great canvas to work with. St. Mary Magdalene Church in Sunny Isles Beach was where it began to lead in to the breathtaking location of the Spanish Monastery. We had to work around some bad weather but our vendors all pitched in to make it an event to remember.
