I will never forget meeting Asta and Joe for the first time at the Setai. Their dynamics at that meeting let me know that if I was chosen to plan their spectacular event, it would be an awesome ride full of personality……and that it was!
Asta had a vision and we worked with a great group of vendors to bring it to life. Lots of customization, details and most importantly to them, making sure their friends had an amazing time. It was a destination wedding for most and South Beach was the place to be. Guests arrived and received gift bags filled with the general goodies but we wanted to make sure everyone also had some “fun in the sun” – beach bags, coconut cups, coconut water, rum, sarongs for the ladies and straw fedoras for the gentlemen, custom shot glasses, sunscreen and more.
Vizcaya was the place to showcase the union of this duo. Breathtaking views for a breathtaking couple with no detail left untouched. A custom door made in Alabama (coincidentally where Asta grew up) to hold family pictures, cocktail napkins with sayings, custom props in the photo booth, “cigarette” girls and guys handing out everything from mints, to custom sunglasses and test tube shots.
There was no shortage of spectacular entertainment – Libido got everyone on the dance floor throughout the night and then DJ Blaze took over with the incredible electric violinist brought in from New York, Sarah Charness.
The images for this one speak for themselves. Thank you PS Photography!
